Job Description

We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist with a passion for fostering employee growth. You'll design, implement, and evaluate programs that enhance skills and boost performance. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record in talent development.

Responsibilities

  • Research and recommend new training techniques and technologies.
  • Create training materials that resonate with the target audience.
  • Conduct follow-up assessments to measure knowledge retention.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform training effectiveness.
  • Strive to continuously improve the training process based on feedback.
  • Foster relationships with employees to understand their development needs.
  • Manage multiple training projects simultaneously within deadlines.
  • Contribute to the development of a leadership pipeline through specialized programs.
  • Advocate for organizational change initiatives through learning.
  • Support management in talent development strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 4+ years of proven experience in learning program development
