Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our software products. This role will involve detailed testing processes and reporting, essential for maintaining high standards in our software development cycles.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Regularly review quality assurance processes and suggest enhancements.
• Assist in the training and development of junior QA personnel.
• Monitor and analyze software performance post-deployment.
• Engage in requirement reviews to ensure clarity and testability.
• Actively participate in cross-functional team meetings to improve product quality.
• Research and implement new testing tools and techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance

Technical Skills

• Automated Testing

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester
• Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Selenium and Cucumber: Hands-on experience in using Selenium and Cucumber for automated testing.
• Understanding of DevOps Practices: Knowledge of integration of quality assurance in CI/CD pipelines.
