Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will handle end-to-end recruitment processes, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with employment regulations. Your expertise in sourcing candidates and developing recruitment strategies will be essential in helping us build a robust workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and vendors.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.
  • Conduct training sessions for hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to the organization's diversity and inclusion policies.
  • Implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate performance appraisals and evaluations.
  • Monitor employee engagement levels and implement improvement strategies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and make necessary adjustments.
  • Provide guidance on legal compliance related to employment practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in recruitment and HR practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • A Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR recruitment or similar functions
