Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support and implement best practices in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR legislation and a passion for employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and facilitate HR workshops and training sessions.
  • Assist in managing HR projects and initiatives.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and HR queries.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
  • Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Support talent management and succession planning efforts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Certification in a related HR field is a plus
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR capacity
