Job Description

As an HR Generalist at Leading HR Company in Johannesburg, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment efforts and drive talent acquisition.
  • Formulate and revise HR policies as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and records.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Provide support in conflict resolution and mediation.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics for performance improvement.
  • Promote employee wellness and engagement initiatives.
  • Advise on career development and succession planning.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a generalist capacity
