Recruitment Consultant

Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in driving the recruitment process for various sectors. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and help them find the right candidates to meet their goals. This position requires excellent communication skills, a knack for assessing talent, and a proactive approach to recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing.
• Assist clients in developing recruitment strategies to enhance their employer brand.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns.
• Facilitate training and onboarding for new hires as needed.
• Provide regular feedback and reporting on recruitment metrics to improve processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Postgraduate diploma in Human Resources or similar is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in recruitment or a similar role
