The ideal candidate will act as a partner to management in dealing with employee relations, recruitment, and employee engagement strategies. Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Implement employee engagement activities to boost morale and productivity.
• Advise management on HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate training sessions to align with organizational growth.
• Ensure adherence to employment regulations and compliance requirements.
• Assist in the management of employee benefits and compensation systems.
• Support performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers.
• Conduct HR audits to ensure accuracy and compliance of records.
• Manage employment contracts and ensure clarity in agreements.
• Analyze HR metrics to provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Postgraduate or additional HR-related certifications are a plus

Experience

• 4-6 years of diverse HR experience

Technical Skills

• HR Management Systems
• Data Analysis

• Conflict Resolution

Certifications

• SHRM-CP or equivalent HR certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
