Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment cycle from job advertisement to final offer.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for staff development.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.
  • Help in policy development and ensure compliance with company regulations.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruiting events to attract talent.
  • Administer employee benefits and ensure staff are informed about HR policies.
  • Facilitate exit interviews and prepare turnover reports.
  • Support diversity and inclusion programs to ensure a fair workplace.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify HR needs and address them accordingly.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Master's degree or HR certification preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management roles
