Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a variety of HR functions including recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HR principles and a passion for fostering employee engagement within the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts across various departments.
• Create and enforce HR guidelines and practices.
• Support employee performance evaluation and career development.
• Act as a mediator for employee grievances and workplace disputes.
• Maintain accurate records of employee information and HR metrics.
• Coordinate orientation programs for new hires.
• Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
• Evaluate and enhance employee satisfaction programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology
• Master’s degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in HR, with experience in recruitment and employee relations
