Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing HR strategies, improving employee engagement, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR department in strategic planning and execution.
  • Support managers in addressing employee performance issues.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyze results.
  • Create and maintain employee records and HR metrics.

  • Promote health and safety standards within the organization.

  • Stay updated on industry best practices in HR management.

  • Handle termination and offboarding processes smoothly.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree in HR or MBA is advantageous
