Responsibilities
Lead recruitment drives to attract top talent, utilizing various sourcing strategies.
Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation processes for all new employees.
Advise and support managers on employee relations and performance issues.
Keep up to date with HR best practices and legal requirements.
Assist in developing training programs based on employee needs.
Manage HR projects aiming to improve processes and employee satisfaction.
Oversee workplace safety and health standards in collaboration with safety officers.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Psychology
Postgraduate diploma in HR Management is advantageous
Experience
3-5 years of HR experience in a generalist role
