Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring all meet safety, quality, and budgetary requirements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Track project progress against established timelines and budgets, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Supervise site personnel and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety legislation.
  • Conduct project evaluations and prepare reports for senior management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Master’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred

  • 5-7 years of experience managing construction projects
