Forklift Operator

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to handle loading and unloading cargo, as well as organizing product shipments. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with forklift operations and a strong commitment to safety practices in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport materials using forklifts in accordance with safety standards.
• Check and verify loads before transportation to ensure compliance.
• Assist in the layout and organization of the warehouse for optimal flow.
• Monitor and report on stock levels to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss safety and operational improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Forklift Operator in a manufacturing environment

• Forklift Safety Procedures

Certifications

• Forklift Operator Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
