Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Pretoria team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in maintaining various types of machinery, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. Your role will involve troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance across our facilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute maintenance schedules and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in maintenance practices.
• Support the installation of new equipment and machinery as necessary.
• Regularly inspect tools and maintain them in good working order.
• Collaborate with vendors for parts and equipment procurement.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred

• PLC Programming

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
