• Execute strategic sourcing initiatives focusing on cost savings and supplier quality.
• Identify and establish supplier relationships that add value to the company.
• Conduct supplier audits to evaluate compliance with contractual obligations.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to maximize savings.
• Analyze procurement data and metrics to drive decision-making.
• Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate pricing and payment processes.
• Maintain detailed records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
• Provide training and support to staff on procurement processes and systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Additional certifications in procurement or supply chain are beneficial
• Negotiation skills Proficient in negotiating contracts and agreements with various suppliers.
• Analytical skills Strong analytical skills to assess suppliers and evaluate procurement data.
• Market Research Ability to conduct comprehensive market analyses for procurement strategies.
• Procurement Software Experience with procurement technologies and software to manage sourcing.
• Communication skills Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with suppliers and internal teams.
• Problem-solving Skilled at identifying issues and developing effective solutions in procurement.
• Teamwork Able to work collaboratively with various departments to fulfill procurement needs.
• Attention to Detail Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing contracts and supplier information.
• CIPS Certification (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply)
• SAP Procurement Certification
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)

• Project Management Experience: Familiarity with managing procurement-related projects and initiatives.
