Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance procedures for mechanical systems.
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with mechanical designs.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance.
• Analyze test data and make informed adjustments to designs.
• Manage project budgets effectively.
• Liaise with clients to understand their mechanical needs.
• Evaluate material specifications for optimal performance.
• Document and present design concepts for stakeholder review.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and analysis

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Manufacturing Processes

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies: Experience with smart manufacturing technologies.
• Familiarity with ISO standards: Understanding and experience with ISO quality standards.
