Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and driven Customer Support Representative to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate updates to customers about their inquiries.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in a suitable field is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years in a customer support environment is preferred
