Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to manage engineering projects in Port Elizabeth. You will lead project teams, ensuring the successful completion of projects while meeting client expectations. Ideal candidates will have strong technical skills, experience in project management, and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engineering designs according to specifications.
  • Supervise project teams and guide less experienced engineers.
  • Establish communication channels with all project stakeholders.
  • Resolve project-related conflicts and provide solutions.
  • Conduct project reviews and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting structures.
  • Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction with project deliverables.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering
  • Master's degree is advantageous

  • 5 years of experience in project management or engineering roles
