Responsibilities

• Design event concepts and themes based on client requirements.
• Manage relationships with various stakeholders involved in event planning.
• Coordinate catering services and menu selections as per client preferences.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events.
• Analyze feedback after events for continuous improvement.
• Utilize project management tools to track event progress and deadlines.
• Facilitate post-event reviews to gather insights and plan improvements.
• Participate in networking events to build contacts and promote services.
• Picture a positive company image while representing at various events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Further studies or a Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in event planning and management

Certifications

• Certified Event Designer (CED)
• TUV Certified Event Manager

Languages
