Job Description

Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee various construction projects in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of construction processes and excellent leadership skills to drive project success. Responsibilities involve project scheduling, budget management, and ensuring all project deliverables meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring they remain within budget and on schedule.
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure project success and adherence to expectations.
  • Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure effective communication among all parties involved in the project.
  • Lead project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Evaluate contractor performance and facilitate issue resolution.
  • Prepare financial reports related to project funding and expenses.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide training as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Master's degree preferred

  • 7+ years of project management experience in construction
