Join us as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, where you will be pivotal in managing our compensation structures and benefits administration. You will analyze compensation data and modifications, ensuring that our strategies align with industry standards while fostering a culture of fairness and equity.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and revise compensation structures and benefits to ensure competitiveness.
• Work closely with external vendors to manage benefit offerings and administration.
• Develop and maintain compensation and benefits best practice documentation.
• Educate employees about their benefits choices and eligibility.
• Analyze internal compensation data to identify patterns and discrepancies.
• Support the HR department in other related functions as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Master’s degree preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in a similar role

Languages

• English: Fluent
