Job Description

As a Psychologist at our Johannesburg location, you'll work with clients across diverse backgrounds, offering therapeutic interventions designed to improve mental well-being. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments.
  • Plan and implement effective therapy sessions.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as required.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary case reviews.
  • Create educational materials related to mental health.
  • Foster a safe and nurturing therapeutic environment.
  • Develop community programmes aimed at mental health education.
  • Conduct sessions both in-person and via teletherapy.
  • Support clients in crisis situations with empathy and care.
  • Document detailed treatment notes in compliance with regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology
  • Relevant additional certifications are advantageous
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a clinical setting
