We are seeking a diligent Quality Assurance Tester to join our Cape Town team. This role involves developing and executing test cases to ensure the highest quality of our software products. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and improve testing processes and standards.
• Conduct performance testing to assess scalability and reliability.
• Prepare test reports and contribute to quality metrics.
• Facilitate training on testing tools and methodologies for new team members.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
• Advocate for quality in all stages of the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance

Technical Skills

• Selenium

Languages

Advantageous
