In this role, you'll manage financial modeling and valuation tasks, help structure financial presentations, and assist in due diligence processes for potential mergers and acquisitions. Responsibilities

• Conduct financial modeling and analysis on potential investments.
• Assist in structuring financing solutions for clients.
• Work with senior associates to develop presentations for meetings.
• Perform competitor analysis and market assessments.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute insights on financial strategies.
• Review financial documentation and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders.
• Monitor and track the performance of financial projects.
• Assist in the due diligence process for new acquisitions.
• Prepare executive summaries of financial analyses.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics
• MBA or further financial qualifications preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

Certifications

• CFA Level 2 or equivalent
