Production Shift Supervisor

Job Description

As the Production Shift Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. Your leadership will be crucial in coordinating production schedules, managing quality control, and ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee production processes and flow.
• Ensure that all safety measures are observed, mitigating risks.
• Supervise daily operations to ensure productivity and quality.
• Provide training and support to operators and production staff.
• Compile and report on operational efficiencies and opportunities.
• Engage with quality assurance teams to uphold product standards.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in budget management and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with R&D to improve product quality.
• Actively participate in team meetings and strategy sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing
• Management training is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year's experience in a supervisory or management role.

Languages
