We are on the lookout for a Telephone Survey Interviewer to conduct engaging surveys and collect essential data. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a keen ear for detail, and the ability to follow scripts with precision.

Responsibilities

• Execute telephone interviews using the provided survey scripts.
• Log responses accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all respondent data.
• Every day, comply with established protocols and guidelines.
• Handle a considerable number of calls daily.
• Spot and escalate any operational challenges.
• Deliver feedback to improve the interview process.
• Work closely with colleagues to meet and exceed targets.

Advantageous

• Experience with data management systems: Hands-on experience with survey data entry and management.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis software: Familiarity with software like SPSS or R is a plus.
