Machine Feeders and Offbearers

Job Description

We are searching for a dedicated Machine Feeder and Offbearer to support our production processes. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and efficient, this role is perfect for you. You will ensure that machines are fed with materials, monitor their operation, and assist in offbearing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure machines are supplied with necessary materials.
• Assist in the proper offbearing of finished products.
• Keep work areas organized and free of hazards.
• Conduct quality inspections during the production process.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve production issues.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities.
• Identify and report any safety or operational concerns.
• Participate in training sessions as needed.
• Support the production supervisor in daily tasks.
• Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Diploma in Administration or related field is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative or production role

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with machine maintenance: Prior experience in maintaining and troubleshooting machines.
