The successful candidate will manage administrative functions, support healthcare personnel, and ensure compliance with health regulations. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee patient intake and documentation.
  • Manage administrative staff and delegate tasks efficiently.
  • Monitor key performance metrics for operational performance.
  • Ensure all health policies and procedures are followed.
  • Develop strategies to improve patient satisfaction and experience.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to streamline operations.
  • Assist in healthcare policy development and implementation.
  • Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Support staff development and performance evaluations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare administration
