Job Description

We are seeking a skilled General Practitioner (GP) to join our Cape Town clinic. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive medical services, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care. Your experience in various healthcare settings is invaluable as you contribute to the health and wellness of our diverse patient base.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patient health histories and conduct physical exams.
  • Diagnose illnesses based on clinical examination and laboratory tests.
  • Develop treatment plans and educate patients on health maintenance.
  • Refer patients to specialists as needed and coordinate care.
  • Document patient interactions and maintain confidentiality.
  • Contribute to the development of clinic policies and procedures.
  • Support and mentor junior medical staff and interns.
  • Engage in patient follow-up to monitor health outcomes.
  • Advocate for patient needs and ensure access to health services.

Requirements

Education

Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years as a practicing GP in a clinical setting
