Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage our logistics operations in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing supply chain processes, coordinating with suppliers and distributors, and ensuring timely deliveries. If you have a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end logistics planning and execution.
• Ensure timely and accurate supply chain logistics.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to manage stock levels.
• Utilise logistics software for tracking and reporting.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to maintain transparency.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with logistics.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support cost-saving initiatives within logistics functions.
• Prepare regular reports for management on logistics performance.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement in the logistics team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics
• Additional certifications in logistics preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a logistics or supply chain environment
