We are on the lookout for a highly motivated Sustainment Logistics Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of logistics principles along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate logistics processes and identify bottlenecks for improvement.
• Work with teams to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare and present reports on logistics performance metrics.
• Assist in vendor management and supplier relationship development.
• Ensure adherence to sustainability practices across logistics operations.
• Support the training of new staff on logistics procedures.
• Monitor compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Facilitate communication between logistics and other departments.
• Contribute to budgeting and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Utilize logistics software to optimize operational workflows.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Diploma in Logistics Management is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role focusing on logistics operations

• MS Office Suite
