Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and test mechanical systems.
• Coordinate with project managers to define project timelines and budgets.
• Develop prototypes and assist with testing and analysis.
• Collect and analyze data to inform design decisions.
• Maintain project documentation and reports.
• Ensure quality control during production processes.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering

Technical Skills

• SolidWorks
• MATLAB
• AutoCAD
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (PrEng)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in project management: Ability to lead engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Familiarity with PLC programming: Understanding of programmable logic controllers and automation.
