Job Description

As a Construction Manager in Johannesburg, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. You will oversee various teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in project management and construction operations will be critical to our success.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and provide guidance to ensure effective project execution.
• Review and approve project plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Manage procurement processes for materials and subcontractor services.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans.
• Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress and expenses.
• Foster a collaborative environment and resolve conflicts proactively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Additional qualifications or certifications in construction management are preferred

Experience

• At least 5 years in construction supervision or project management
