Responsibilities

• Expertly cut, trim, and shape hair according to clients' preferences.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain an orderly and tidy workstation at all times.
• Perform consultations to understand client needs and preferences.
• Monitor health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss promotions or special services.
• Assist in training new staff on salon techniques and customer care.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate or diploma in hairdressing or related field

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a salon environment.
