Responsibilities

• Evaluate current payroll procedures and recommend enhancements.
• Monitor compliance with labor laws and tax regulations.
• Coordinate with HR for employee information updates.
• Address and resolve payroll inquiries and discrepancies.
• Compile and present payroll reports on a regular basis.
• Support the rollout of new payroll technologies.
• Perform audits to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Create training materials for payroll-related processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or another related field
• Master's degree in a related field is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of payroll experience in a corporate environment
