Compliance Analyst

Job Description

As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our operations comply with all relevant financial regulations and standards. You will perform internal audits, assess risks, and provide recommendations for improvements, helping to maintain the highest level of compliance within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform compliance assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
• Develop and implement training programs for staff on compliance issues.
• Review and analyze internal processes to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies for compliance audits.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs and make improvements.
• Lead internal investigations related to compliance breaches.
• Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management.
• Engage with stakeholders to promote a culture of compliance across the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years in compliance, with a background in financial services preferred
