Job Description

As an Administrative Law Judge, you will preside over traffic hearings, ensuring that all cases are addressed fairly and impartially. You will assess evidence, listen to testimonies, and deliver rulings based on legal principles and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with legal procedures during hearings.
• Manage court proceedings effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Juris Doctor or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in traffic law and adjudicating court cases.

Advantageous

• Previous experience as a prosecutor or defense attorney: Experience in handling traffic cases from either side of the law.
