Job Description

The HR Generalist position involves a variety of tasks from recruitment to compliance management. You will engage with employees to foster a positive workplace and support management in talent acquisition and employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process.
  • Create and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and recommend training programs.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and labor legislation.
  • Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management or related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in an HR generalist role
