Job Description

We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage HR operational functions in Cape Town. The successful candidate will handle recruitment, employee onboarding, and training programs while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate performance reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Implement HR strategies to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Assist in workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
  • Advise management on HR-related issues and best practices.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives for organizational improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in related field (Psychology, Business Administration)
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR is an asset
Experience
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist role
