We are seeking a proactive HR Manager to lead our human resources team in Cape Town. This role involves overseeing HR operations, driving employee engagement strategies, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR team in operational and strategic HR functions.
• Ensure effective communication of HR policies across the organization.
• Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Coordinate employee awards programs and recognition initiatives.
• Design and promote wellness programs for employees.
• Manage disciplinary procedures and employee grievances.
• Provide strategic input during organizational planning.
• Work on budget management for the HR department.
• Maintain HR records and data management systems.
• Foster partnerships with external HR service providers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR related field
• Master's degree preferred

• 4+ years in an HR leadership position
