Job Description

We are looking for skilled Cement Masons and Concrete Finishers to join our construction team. The successful candidates will have experience in finishing concrete surfaces, ensuring they are of high quality and finish. You will play a vital role in our construction projects by ensuring that all work meets company standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for students with SLDs to identify specific learning needs.
• Craft and execute engaging lesson plans that accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Work in partnership with allied health professionals to enhance student support.
• Communicate with parents about student progress and necessary adjustments.
• Utilize effective behavioral strategies to manage classroom dynamics.
• Contribute to a supportive and respectful classroom environment that promotes learning.
• Continuously evaluate teaching practices to improve student outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops for parents on supporting children with learning disabilities.
• Stay informed on legal and ethical standards related to special education.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop school-wide initiatives for inclusion.
