We are seeking a skilled Lathe and Turning Machine Tool Setter, Operator, and Tender to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up and operating gear cutting machines, along with a keen eye for detail and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of training programs and materials.
• Utilize a variety of instructional techniques to enhance student learning.
• Monitor student progress and maintain a supportive training environment.
• Engage with the local dry cleaning community to foster industry links.
• Prepare and present reports on training outcomes to management.
