Warehouse Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager with excellent leadership skills to oversee our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will manage daily activities, ensure efficient inventory control, and implement safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall warehouse functions and operations.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices.
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.
• Facilitate communication between warehouse and other departments.
• Generate reports regarding inventory and operational metrics.
• Develop training programs for new hires in the warehouse.
• Improve warehouse processes for maximum efficiency.
• Enforce compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or similar
• Advanced diploma in logistics will be advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations
