Job Description

Join our logistics team as a Warehouse Manager in Port Elizabeth. This key role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of leading a team, managing inventory control, and implementing best practices in warehouse operations. You'll work closely with other departments to ensure timely delivery and excellent service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and coordinate warehouse activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Supervise team members and assist in training and development.
  • Manage stock levels and oversee inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure optimal service levels.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
  • Analyze warehouse performance data and develop improvement plans.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on warehouse performance metrics.
  • Resolve any operational issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Logistics or Business Administration is advantageous
Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in warehouse or operations management.
