QA Inspection Analyst

Job Description

We're on the hunt for a meticulous QA Inspection Analyst to join our team in Durban. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring product quality and compliance across several projects, using your keen eye for detail and analytical skills to identify and rectify issues before they reach clients.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inspection results for trends and discrepancies and report findings to management.
• Ensure proper calibration of inspection tools and equipment.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure they meet quality requirements.
• Identify training needs within the team for quality-related skills.
• Support the implementation of new quality assurance tools and technologies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality standards are integrated across processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized inspection area.
• Report on quality trends using statistical process control measures.
• Ensure all quality documentation is up to date and compliant with regulations.
• Stay informed on new quality standards and sharing this knowledge with the team.
