Supply Chain Manager

Job Description

We seek an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise our supply chain operations. You will oversee end-to-end supply chain processes, enhance efficiencies, and drive strategic initiatives that support our business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Drive initiatives to reduce waste and improve sustainability practices.
• Provide training and support to team members in supply chain best practices.
• Report supply chain issues and successes to senior management regularly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of managerial experience in supply chain or logistics

Technical Skills

• Data Analysis
• ERP Systems

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Conflict Resolution

Certifications

• APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in the FMCG sector: Background in fast-moving consumer goods logistics will be highly advantageous.
• Sustainability Practices: Experience implementing sustainable supply chain practices.
