We're on the lookout for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Pretoria team. In this role, you'll be pivotal in ensuring the quality of our software products. You'll collaborate closely with developers and product managers to design test plans, execute tests, and validate results. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will help our team deliver top-notch software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated testing scripts.
• Conduct root cause analysis of defects and recommend corrective actions.
• Work closely with Product Managers to clarify requirements.
• Review product specifications to ensure they are testable.
• Assist in defining quality metrics and report on them regularly.
• Create and maintain documentation related to testing processes and outcomes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Enhance existing test data management strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
