Job Description

The Bleaching Machine Operator plays a pivotal role in operating and maintaining the bleaching machines that are integral to our textile production processes. This role requires keen attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a strict adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate the bleaching machine effectively and efficiently.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure product standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Report any malfunctions or inconsistencies to the Production Manager.
• Collaborate with maintenance team for scheduled machine servicing.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Technical training in manufacturing processes preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant operational experience in a manufacturing setup.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Bleaching Chemicals
• Use of Hand Tools and Machinery

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Health and Safety Regulations: In-depth knowledge of workplace safety standards in a manufacturing context.
• Ability to Operate Multiple Types of Machinery: Experience operating various types of machines to carry out interconnected tasks.
