We're on the lookout for an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Johannesburg team. This role involves testing software applications, identifying defects, and ensuring high standards of quality are met across our products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct usability and performance testing to ensure user satisfaction.
• Review product specifications to create detailed test plans.
• Provide feedback to the product team on software functionality.
• Use various testing tools and methodologies effectively.
• Gather and analyze test data to report on overall quality metrics.
• Mentor junior QA team members and share best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant field

Experience

• 5+ years of proven experience in quality assurance

Languages

• English: Fluent
