Job Description

As a Structural Engineer at Leading Engineering Group, you will design and analyze structural systems for multiple projects, ensuring safety and sustainability. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work closely with other engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present structural design proposals for approval.
• Lead project meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
• Research and apply innovative engineering practices and sustainability principles.
• Assist with project budgeting and scheduling tasks.
• Ensure quality control through peer reviews of design documentation.
• Respond to technical queries from contractors during construction.
• Foster relationships with regulatory bodies and industry professionals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Master's degree desirable

Experience

• 5+ years in structural engineering with project leadership experience

Technical Skills

• Reinforced Concrete Design
• Steel Design

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (Pr Eng)
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) - a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
